8 mozzarella cheese sticks (full-fat)
½ cup almond flour
½ cup finely grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano
1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Egg Wash
2 large eggs, beaten

1️⃣ Prep the Cheese
Cut mozzarella sticks in half if desired.
Freeze cheese sticks for 30 minutes (important for melting control).
2️⃣ Make the Coating
In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Bread the Sticks
Dip frozen cheese sticks into egg wash.
Roll in almond flour mixture, pressing gently.
For extra crunch, repeat egg wash + coating once more.
Return coated sticks to freezer for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Cook
Oven Method (Best for Ease)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place sticks on parchment-lined tray.
Spray lightly with olive oil.
Bake 8–10 minutes, until golden.
Air Fryer Method
