🫒 Mediterranean Creamy Crab Salad (Low-Cal • 2 Points)

🛒 Ingredients
250 g (8–9 oz) imitation crab sticks, chopped
(or cooked real crab meat)2 celery stalks, finely chopped
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ small cucumber, peeled & diced (optional)
¼ small red onion, very finely chopped (optional)
Creamy Mediterranean Dressing
¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise (or olive-oil mayo)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
(or 1 tsp dried dill)½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
In a large bowl, add crab, celery, bell pepper, cucumber, and onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and gently mix until well coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
