🧾 Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (room temperature)
2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (or ½ tsp lemon zest)
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (adds Mediterranean richness)
¼ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional:
2 tbsp grated Parmesan or feta
Pinch of paprika or oregano

Soften Butter
Let butter sit at room temperature until very soft and spreadable.
Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, dill/chives, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional cheese or spices.
