🛒 Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar or honey (optional, helps yeast)
1 tsp instant yeast (or active dry yeast)
1½ cups warm water (not hot)
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds or nigella seeds

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil. Stir with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
(No kneading—just mix!)Cover bowl with a towel or plastic wrap.
Let rise at room temperature for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly oil a loaf pan or baking tray.
Gently stir dough once to deflate. Pour into pan or shape roughly on tray.
Sprinkle seeds or herbs on top if using.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
