1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter option)
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon anchovy paste (optional, classic Caesar flavor)
½ teaspoon dried basil or Italian seasoning
Black pepper, to taste

Season & Bake the Chicken
