Whip the base:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. -
Add the cream (or yogurt):
Add the heavy cream or Greek yogurt, olive oil, tahini (if using), sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Beat until light and fluffy (2β3 minutes). -
Fold in chocolate chips:
Gently stir in the chocolate chips (and nuts, if using). -
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture. -
