Build the Soup
Add broccoli, cabbage, and zucchini. Stir to coat. -
Simmer
Pour in broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Cook 15–20 minutes, until vegetables are tender but still vibrant. -
Finish
Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning. -
