½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Drain excess grease and let cool slightly. -
Prep the dough
Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4–5 inch circle. -
Fill & seal
Add about 1 tablespoon beef and 1 tablespoon cheese to the center.
Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball. -
Garlic Parmesan coating
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
Brush generously over each bomb. -
Bake
Place seam-side down and bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown. -
Finish
Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan while hot.
