🛒 Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or basa)
- 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

- Season & Sear Fish
- Pat fish dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear fish 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove and set aside.
- Cook Shrimp
- In the same pan, melt butter.
- Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove and set aside.

- Pour in broth and cream, stir well.

- Combine Everything
- Return fish and shrimp to the skillet.
