🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or basa)
  • 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  1. Season & Sear Fish
