Ingredients

For Garlic Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 garlic sausage links, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pasta

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the rigatoni pasta and cook it according to package instructions until it reaches an al dente texture (tender yet firm).
  3. Drain the pasta, set it aside, and keep it warm while you prepare the rest of the dish.

Step 2: Cook the Garlic Sausage

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced garlic sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sausage is browned on all sides.
  3. Once cooked, remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
