Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
1 package taco seasoning
1 large bag tortilla chips
1 can diced green chiles
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
Combine soups, Rotel, sour cream, green chiles, onion, and garlic.
Layer in 9×13 baking dish: crushed chips, chicken, soup mixture, cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
