Spiced chicken legs in an Air Fryer in just 26 minutes.

Who knew lunch could be this easy?

Ingredients:

3-4 chicken legs

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp vinegar

2 tsp each of paprika, cumin powder and dried mixed herbs

Salt to taste

For the spiced butter:

ΒΌ cup butter

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tbsp of the leftover spice mix

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Method:

Make some slits in the chicken legs and then pour some olive oil and vinegar over them.

Mix the spices in a bowl and sprinkle some of the spice mix over the chicken retaining about 1 tbsp of it.

Sprinkle salt and then rub it in.

Place it in a preheated Air Fryer for 20 minutes at 200Β°C.

Meanwhile, make a spiced compound butter by adding all the ingredients of the spiced butter in a food processor and pulse.

Just 5 minutes before the chicken is ready,

brush the butter over it and in a total of 26 minutes you have your meal ready.
