Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Honey Dijon Sauce:
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard,
  5. olive oil, lemon juice (if using), minced garlic (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Stir well until the sauce is smooth.
  7. Season the Salmon:
  8. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season the fillets with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
  9. Apply the Honey Dijon Sauce:
  10. Brush a generous amount of the honey Dijon sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
  11. Reserve some sauce for drizzling later.
  12. Air Fry the Salmon:
  13. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if they have skin.
  14. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  15. The salmon should be flaky and cooked through when done.
  16. Serve:
  17. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer.
  18. Drizzle the reserved honey Dijon sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired.
  19. Serve with your favorite sides.
