Airfryer Tortilla Garlic Bread
that’s quick and easy to make. It’s a perfect snack or side dish.
Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas (regular size)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced) or 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) or 1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the garlic butter mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), parsley, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the tortillas:
Lay your tortillas on a flat surface and brush both sides lightly with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to cover them evenly. You can also cut the tortillas into wedges for smaller portions.
Air fry the tortillas:
Place the prepared tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd the basket; you may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until they are golden and crispy, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
Serve:
Once they are done, remove the tortilla garlic bread from the air fryer and serve immediately. You can garnish with extra parsley or Parmesan if desired.
Optional:
For extra crispiness,
you can add a light sprinkle of garlic powder and Parmesan cheese right before serving.
For variation,
you can also add some chili flakes for a spicy kick!
