🧀 Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip with Hot Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
For the Dip:

8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup (120 g) cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)

1 tsp lemon zest
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp black pepper
For the Cranberry Topping:

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
-
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
-
1 tbsp orange juice (or water)
-
½ tsp orange zest
-
Pinch of salt
For the Hot Honey Drizzle:

¼ cup honey
-
½–1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust heat to taste)
Optional Garnishes:

Fresh thyme or rosemary
-
Chopped pistachios or walnuts
-
Extra cranberries
Instructions:
1. Make the Whipped Feta

In a food processor, add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy (scrape down sides if needed).

Transfer to a serving bowl.
2. Make the Cranberry Topping

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.

Cook for 5–7 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and let cool.
3. Make the Hot Honey

In a small pan, warm honey with red pepper flakes on low heat for 2–3 minutes (don’t boil).

Remove from heat and let steep while it cools slightly.
4. Assemble the Dip

Spoon the cranberry topping over the whipped feta.

Drizzle with hot honey.

Garnish with fresh herbs and nuts if desired.
