❓ Q&A Section
Q1: Can I use brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice?
👉 Yes! Both work well and add extra nutrition. Quinoa makes it lighter and high in protein.
Q2: What if I don’t have a ring mold for stacking?
👉 You can use a cleaned tuna can (remove top and bottom) or simply serve it layered in a small bowl.
Q3: Can this recipe be made ahead?
👉 The chicken and rice can be made ahead, but assemble the avocado layer fresh to avoid browning.
Q4: How can I make it spicier?
👉 Add sliced jalapeños, extra chili flakes, or a drizzle of hot sauce on top.
Q5: What’s a good side dish with this stack?
👉 A light cucumber salad, grilled corn, or tortilla chips with salsa pair beautifully.
