Preheat oven or air fryer

Oven: Preheat to 425°F (220°C).

Air fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the zucchini

Wash and slice zucchini into ¼-inch thick rounds.

Pat them dry with a paper towel (this helps them crisp up).
