2 cups (240 g) plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or nonfat)

2 cups (200 g) oat flour or blended oats (gluten-free if needed)

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Sesame seeds (optional topping but counts as the 7th ingredient)
Note: No yeast — quick rise, 20-minute prep, 10–12 minute baking.
🍞 Instructions
1. Prepare the dough

In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, egg, olive oil, and salt.

Add the oat flour + baking powder.

Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead gently for 30–45 seconds (oat dough is softer than wheat dough).
If sticky → add 1–2 tbsp more oat flour.
If dry → add 1–2 tbsp yogurt.
2. Shape

Divide into 8 small balls (like in the photo).

Place in a round baking dish close together to get the “pull-apart” effect.
3. Top

Lightly brush the tops with milk or olive oil.

Sprinkle sesame seeds (Mediterranean touch!).
4. Bake

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes
until golden on top and soft inside.
