🍽️ Instructions
1. Prep the Squash

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut acorn squash in half, scoop out seeds, and slice into wedges.

In a bowl, toss squash with:

Paprika

Arrange on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer.
2. Roast the Squash

Roast 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until the squash is tender and the edges are caramelized and slightly crisp.
3. Make the Goat Cheese Filling
In a small bowl, mix together:

Mash until creamy.
4. Make the Cranberry Drizzle
