🌶️ Mediterranean Bang Bang Salmon
Rich salmon fillets topped with a creamy yogurt-based Mediterranean “Bang Bang” sauce (lighter than the classic mayo version).
⭐ Ingredients
For the Salmon

4–6 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp chili flakes
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
Mediterranean Bang Bang Sauce (light + creamy)

3 tbsp Greek yogurt
-
2 tbsp tahini or light mayo
-
1½ tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1–2 tsp Harissa paste or sriracha (spice level optional)
-
1 clove garlic, grated
-
Salt to taste
For Garnish
-
Chopped parsley or green onions
-
Extra lemon wedges
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl mix: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt & pepper.

Rub mixture onto salmon fillets.

Let rest for 10–15 minutes.
2. Make the Mediterranean Bang Bang Sauce
Whisk together:
Greek yogurt + tahini + honey + olive oil + lemon juice + harissa + garlic + salt.
Adjust spice level as you like.
3. Cook the Salmon
Option A — Grill (best flavor!)

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill.

Cook salmon 3–4 min each side until golden and slightly charred.
Option B — Bake

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes, until flaky.
Option C — Air Fryer

200°C (390°F) for 8–10 minutes.
4. Assemble

Place the cooked salmon on a platter.

Generously drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.

Serve warm.
