🦃✨ Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

⭐ Ingredients (makes 12–14 balls)
For the stuffing balls

450g ground turkey (or chicken)

1 cup whole-wheat bread cubes (or almond flour for low-carb)

1 small onion, finely chopped
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 egg
-
½ cup dried cranberries (or ⅓ cup fresh chopped)

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp thyme
-
½ tsp rosemary
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Mediterranean add-ins

¼ cup crumbled feta
-
¼ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts

2 tbsp lemon zest
For brushing

1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
🍽️ Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Set oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the stuffing mixture
In a large bowl, combine:

Ground turkey

Bread cubes (or almond flour)

Onion
-
Garlic
-
Egg
-
Cranberries
-
Parsley
-
Oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika

Salt & pepper
Mix gently with your hands until everything is well combined.
(If the mixture feels too wet, add extra bread cubes; if too dry, add 1–2 tbsp broth.)
3️⃣ Shape into balls
Form golf-ball size balls (about 12–14).
Place on the baking tray.
Brush tops with a little olive oil.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
5️⃣ Serve
Serve warm with:
