Loaded Mediterranean Hummus Platter
A fresh, vibrant, and delicious Mediterranean-style appetizer topped with veggies, olives, feta, herbs, and olive oil. Perfect with pita, chips, or veggies!
 Ingredients
For the Hummus (or use store-bought):

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained & rinsed

3 tbsp tahini
-
2–3 tbsp lemon juice
-
1–2 garlic cloves
-
3 tbsp olive oil
-
3–5 tbsp cold water
-
Salt to taste
-
Optional: pinch of cumin
Toppings (as shown in the image):

Sliced cucumbers
-
Cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved
-
Kalamata olives
-
Crumbled feta cheese
-
Sliced red onion
-
Fresh parsley, chopped
-
Olive oil (generous drizzle)

Paprika or smoked paprika
 Instructions
1. Make the Hummus

Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt to a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Add cold water, 1 tbsp at a time, until creamy and fluffy.

Taste and adjust lemon, garlic, or salt.
2. Assemble the Platter

Spread the hummus onto a large plate or shallow bowl, creating swirls with the back of a spoon.

Drizzle generously with olive oil.

Sprinkle paprika over the hummus.

Arrange toppings in rows or sections:

Cucumbers
-
Tomatoes
-
Olives
-
Red onion
-
Feta
-
Finish with chopped parsley all over.
