🫒 Grilled Salmon with Creamy Honey Mustard Sauce (Mediterranean Style)

4 salmon fillets (about 150–180 g each)

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Zest & juice of ½ lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Creamy Honey Mustard Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt
-
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1½ tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Garnish

Fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

Marinate salmon: Pat salmon dry. Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub over salmon and rest 10–15 minutes.

Make sauce: Whisk Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Chill until ready.

Preheat grill: Medium-high heat. Lightly oil grates.

Grill salmon: Cook salmon skin-side down 4–5 minutes, flip carefully, and cook another 2–3 minutes until just flaky.

Serve: Drizzle or dollop honey mustard sauce over salmon. Garnish with herbs and lemon.
