🧺 Ingredients (Serves 4)

Crispy Base

  • 4 small flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Spiced Filling

  • 250 g (½ lb) ground beef or chicken

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper

Sauce Layer

  • ½ cup tomato salsa or crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Cheese Layer

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup crumbled feta

  • Optional: cheddar or kasseri for extra bite

Toppings

  • Sliced black olives

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

  • Jalapeños or chili flakes

  • Chopped cilantro or parsley


🔥 Instructions

  1. Crisp the Tortillas
    Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
    Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil.
    Bake directly on oven rack or tray 5–7 minutes, flipping once, until crisp.

  2. Cook the Filling
    Heat olive oil in a skillet.
    Brown ground meat with spices, salt, and pepper 5–6 minutes.
    Drain excess fat if needed.

  3. Make the Sauce
    Simmer salsa/crushed tomatoes with tomato paste, oregano, and smoked paprika 3 minutes.

  4. Assemble the Pizza
    Place one tortilla on a baking tray.
    Spread sauce, add meat, sprinkle cheeses.
    Top with second tortilla.
    Repeat sauce and cheese on top.

  5. Bake
    Bake 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts and edges are golden.

  6. Finish & Serve
    Add fresh toppings and herbs.
    Slice like a pizza and serve hot.
