🔥 Instructions

Crisp the Tortillas
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil.
Bake directly on oven rack or tray 5–7 minutes, flipping once, until crisp. -
Cook the Filling
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Brown ground meat with spices, salt, and pepper 5–6 minutes.
Drain excess fat if needed. -
Make the Sauce
Simmer salsa/crushed tomatoes with tomato paste, oregano, and smoked paprika 3 minutes. -
Assemble the Pizza
Place one tortilla on a baking tray.
Spread sauce, add meat, sprinkle cheeses.
Top with second tortilla.
Repeat sauce and cheese on top. -
Bake
Bake 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts and edges are golden. -
Finish & Serve
Add fresh toppings and herbs.
Slice like a pizza and serve hot.
