🔪 Instructions
1. Roast the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a lined baking tray.

Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Taco Meat

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion until soft; add garlic.

Add ground meat, breaking it up.

Stir in spices and salt; cook until browned. Set aside.
3. Assemble & Bake

Transfer roasted potatoes to a baking dish.
