🌯 Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef (Mediterranean)

500 g ground beef

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp ground coriander
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¾ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Wraps & Toppings

4 large flour tortillas
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1 cup diced tomatoes
-
½ cup sliced cucumber
-
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
-
¼ cup crumbled feta or grated mozzarella
-
Chopped parsley or mint
Yogurt Sauce (Mediterranean Touch)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 small garlic clove, grated
-
Salt to taste
🔪 Instructions
1. Cook the Ground Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in cumin, paprika, coriander, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Cook 2–3 minutes more until fragrant.
2. Make the Yogurt Sauce

Whisk yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt until smooth.
3. Assemble the Wraps

Warm tortillas lightly.

Spread yogurt sauce on each tortilla.

Add ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and cheese.

Sprinkle herbs.
4. Wrap & Serve

Roll tightly and serve warm.
