  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

  • 4 cups cold water (sparkling or still)

  • 2–4 tbsp honey or date syrup (to taste)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Ice cubes

  1. Blend Pineapple
    Add pineapple and 1 cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Mix Lemonade
    In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, remaining water, honey, and lemon zest. Stir well.
