Blend Pineapple
Add pineapple and 1 cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth. -
Strain (Optional)

Mix Lemonade
In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, remaining water, honey, and lemon zest. Stir well. -
Chill & Serve
