🛒 Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2–3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional Mediterranean touch: orange zest or espresso powder


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Add heavy cream and whip until light and airy.

  3. Mix in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and sea salt.

  4. Beat again until thick, fluffy, and mousse-like.

  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes if you prefer it firmer.
