150 g plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

Prep Oats
If you want a softer texture, blend oats into coarse flour (optional).
You can also use whole oats. -
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk eggs with yogurt until smooth. -
Add Apples
Stir in grated apples, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla if using. -
Combine
Add oats and baking powder. Mix well.
Let rest 5 minutes so oats absorb moisture. -
Bake
Pour into a lined or lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes until set and golden. -
