  • 12–14 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese (optional)

  • Cherry tomatoes, finely diced (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry. Toss with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and lemon zest.

2️⃣ Sear the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 1½–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden.
Add garlic during the last 30 seconds. Finish with lemon juice and remove from heat.

3️⃣ Prepare the Avocados

Scoop out a small portion from each avocado half to make room for the filling. Dice the scooped avocado and set aside.

4️⃣ Assemble

Fill each avocado half with diced avocado, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and feta (if using).

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with fresh herbs and chili flakes. Serve immediately.
