📝 Ingredients (Makes 6 wraps)

Beef Filling

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cheesy Layer

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mild cheddar

  • ½ cup crumbled feta or grated Parmesan

  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

Wraps

  • 6 large flour or whole-wheat tortillas

  • Olive oil spray or brush (for baking)

Optional Add-ins

  • Chopped parsley or cilantro

  • Spinach, olives, or diced tomatoes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic for 30 seconds, then add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up.

  2. Season
Add oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes more. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. Assemble wraps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of yogurt, add beef filling, sprinkle with mozzarella and feta.

  4. Roll & bake
Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a lined baking tray. Lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
Bake 18–22 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Optional: Pan-sear in a dry skillet for extra crispiness.

  5. Serve
Rest 3–5 minutes, slice in half, and serve warm.
