These Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancake Bites are a healthy Mediterranean-style twist on classic pancakes. Blended cottage cheese makes them extra fluffy and boosts protein, while blueberries add natural sweetness and antioxidants. 🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~24 bites)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep
