Air fryer baked sweet potato is a healthy delight delicious

Ingredients

 

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes

 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Select firm, unblemished sweet potatoes.
  2. Wash and scrub each potato under cold water, then pat dry.
  3. Poke several holes in each sweet potato with a fork.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness by inserting a fork; if tender, remove and let cool slightly before serving.
