Ingredients:
1½ pounds russet potatoes, diced into 1/2″ cubes
1 pound sliced smoked sausage
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ large red bell pepper, diced
½ large green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
Black pepper, to taste
Shredded parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt,
Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the smoked sausage, onion, red bell pepper,
and green bell pepper to the basket. Stir to combine.
Airfry for an additional 10-15 minutes,
shaking the basket occasionally,
until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is browned.
Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese before serving.
