Peel the apples, remove cores, and cut into chunks.
Blend until smooth (or grate finely if no blender). -
Mix Eggs
In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and slightly frothy. -

Add apple purée to eggs.
Mix in cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth. -
Bake
Pour into a lined or lightly oiled baking dish.
