✅ Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet apples

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, Mediterranean touch)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare Apples
    Peel the apples, remove cores, and cut into chunks.
    Blend until smooth (or grate finely if no blender).

  2. Mix Eggs
    In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and slightly frothy.

  3. Combine
    Add apple purée to eggs.
    Mix in cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  4. Bake
    Pour into a lined or lightly oiled baking dish.
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes.
