🍯 Banana Oat Mug Dessert (No Sugar • No Flour • Gluten-Free)
Soft, warm, cake-like, and made with 100% natural ingredients.
🥣 Ingredients (1 mug serving)

1 ripe banana (the riper, the sweeter!)

5 tbsp rolled oats (or quick oats)

1 egg (or 2 tbsp yogurt for egg-free)

½ tsp baking powder (optional, but makes it fluffy)

½ tsp cinnamon
-
Pinch of salt
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional Mediterranean additions:

1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
-
1 tbsp raisins or chopped dates (no sugar added)

A sprinkle of sesame seeds

A drizzle of tahini on top

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Mash the Banana

In your mug, mash 1 whole banana until smooth.
2. Add Wet Ingredients

Add the egg (or yogurt) and vanilla.

Mix until creamy.
3. Add Dry Ingredients

Stir in oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.

If adding walnuts, sesame, or raisins, mix them in now.
4. Microwave

Microwave on high for 1½–2 minutes
(time varies by microwave — stop when the center is set).
5. Cool & Serve

Let it rest for 1 minute (it continues cooking).

If you want it more cake-like, add 1 extra tablespoon of oats.
