🛒 Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

3 tbsp honey (or date syrup)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice (balances sweetness)

2 tbsp cornstarch

½ cup milk (or almond milk)

¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Pinch of sea salt

Blend bananas
Mash or blend bananas until smooth. -
Make custard base
In a saucepan, whisk milk and cornstarch until smooth.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and glossy (3–4 minutes). -
Combine
Remove from heat. Stir in banana puree, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. -
Cool slightly
Let mixture cool 5 minutes, then fold in Greek yogurt gently until creamy. -
Add chocolate
Stir in dark chocolate chips. -
Serve & chill
Pour into glass cups. Chill 1–2 hours until set.
