🛒 Ingredients

For the salmon:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

For Bang Bang sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp lime juice

1. Prep the Salmon

  • Pat salmon dry

  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

  • Brush lightly with olive oil


2. Cook the Salmon

Pan-sear (best crisp):

  • Heat a pan over medium-high

  • Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through

OR Bake:

  • Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes

OR Air Fry:

  • Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes


3. Make the Sauce

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice

  • Stir until smooth and creamy


4. Assemble

  • Drizzle or brush sauce over cooked salmon

  • Add extra on the side for dipping

  • Sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds
