For the Quesadilla

Cinnamon – ¼ tsp

Lemon zest – a pinch (optional but very Mediterranean)

Olive oil or butter – 1–2 tsp (for frying)

1. Prepare the Filling
In a small bowl, mix:

Chia seeds or nuts (optional)
2. Assemble

Lay tortilla flat.

Spread the creamy yogurt mixture over half the tortilla.

Add blueberries on top (fresh or frozen).

Fold the tortilla in half to create a semicircle.
3. Cook

Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
