Ingredients (1 big burger or 2 small)
For the Chaffles (buns):
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 tbsp cream cheese (optional but makes them softer)
Pinch of salt
For the Burger Patty:
8–10 oz ground beef (80/20 for juicy)
Salt to taste
Optional: black pepper, garlic powder (skip for strict carnivore)
Optional Carnivore Toppings:
1–2 fried eggs
2–3 slices crispy bacon
1 slice cheddar cheese
Butter to fry
Preheat your waffle maker.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, add shredded cheese and mix well.
Pour half the mixture into the waffle maker and cook 3–4 minutes until golden.
Repeat to make the second bun.
Cool 2 minutes to firm up.
Shape ground beef into a round patty slightly wider than your chaffles.
Season with salt (and optional pepper).
Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook 3–4 minutes per side until juicy.
Add cheese slice on top and let melt (optional).
Layer in this order:
Chaffle bottom
Burger patty with melted cheese
Bacon + fried egg (optional but amazing!)
Chaffle top
Brush with melted butter for extra flavor
