A high-protein, low-carb carnivore dish made with layers of juicy meat and melted cheese. Perfect for keto or carnivore diets and very filling.

Ingredients

500 g ground beef (80/20 recommended for flavor)

6–8 slices cheddar cheese (or any meltable cheese)

1 egg

1 tbsp butter or beef tallow

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

Optional (if not strict carnivore):

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the meat

In a bowl, combine:

ground beef
-
egg
-
salt (and optional spices)

Mix gently until combined.
2️⃣ Form meat patties

Divide mixture into 6–8 small thin patties.

Try to make them the same size so they stack neatly.
3️⃣ Cook the patties

Heat butter or beef tallow in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Remove from pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Build the stacks

Place 1 meat patty on a plate.

Add 1 slice of cheese on top.

Add another patty.

Repeat until you create 3–4 layer stacks.
5️⃣ Melt the cheese
Two ways:
Pan method

Return stacks to skillet.

Cover with lid for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
Oven method

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted.
