❓ Q & A

Q: Is this strict carnivore?

Yes — if you stick to meat, eggs, cheese, and pork rinds.
If you’re ultra-strict (lion diet), skip cheese and use only egg + pork rind dough.

Q: Can I make it dairy-free?

Yes. Try this dough instead:

  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp melted tallow
Mix and press flat instead of rolling (it won’t stretch like cheese dough).

Q: Why is my dough sticky?

It needs:

  • More pork rind crumbs
    OR

  • To cool slightly before handling

Wet hands help too.

Q: Why did it crack?

You rolled it too thin or overfilled it.
Keep it ¼ inch thick minimum.

Q: Can I air fry it?

Yes!
350°F for 10–15 minutes depending on size.

Q: How do I store it?

Fridge: 3–4 days
Freezer: Up to 2 months
Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.

Q: Can I use chicken instead of beef?

Absolutely.
Ground chicken, shredded rotisserie (plain), or even canned chicken works.
