1/4–1/2 tsp chili flakes or chili powder

1 cup heavy cream (or canned coconut cream for dairy-light version)
Cheesy Base

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack

1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional but delicious)

🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the Meat

Heat olive oil in a pot.

Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin, coriander, and chili.

Push meat to the side of the pot.
2. Sauté Aromatics

Add onions, garlic, zucchini, and red bell pepper.

Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.

Stir in chopped tomatoes.
3. Build the Soup Base

Pour in broth.

Bring to a simmer for 8–10 minutes.
