🍋 Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 400°F (205°C).
2. Season the chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken with:

Set aside while you begin the vegetables.
3. Sauté mushrooms & onion

Mix in ¼–½ cup Parmesan or feta.
5. Assemble the oven dish
