1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with
olive oil, garlic, black pepper, paprika, oregano, and salt. -
Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).

Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Sauté the Vegetables

Add another 1 tbsp olive oil to the same pan.

Add onion, bell pepper, carrot — toss for 2 minutes.

Add shredded cabbage and cook until softened but still crisp (3–4 minutes).

4. Add the Sauce
