Mix pudding base
In a medium bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). -
Add liqueurs
Whisk in Baileys, Kahlua, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon/espresso powder if using. -
Fold in cream
Gently fold in heavy cream or whipped cream until smooth and silky. -
Fill cups
Spoon or pipe mixture into small shot cups or mini dessert glasses. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set. -
