🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 box (100 g / 3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream

  • ¼ cup Kahlua

  • ½ cup heavy cream (or whipped cream, softened)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional Mediterranean touch:

    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon or espresso powder

    • 1 teaspoon orange zest (very finely grated)

Toppings (Optional but Festive)

  • Whipped cream

  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder

  • Crushed pistachios or almonds

  • Chocolate-covered coffee beans

  • Gold sugar sprinkles


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix pudding base
    In a medium bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  2. Add liqueurs
    Whisk in Baileys, Kahlua, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon/espresso powder if using.

  3. Fold in cream
    Gently fold in heavy cream or whipped cream until smooth and silky.

  4. Fill cups
    Spoon or pipe mixture into small shot cups or mini dessert glasses.

  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set.

  6. Decorate & serve
    Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, nuts, or a dusting of cocoa.
