1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook penne until al dente.

  1. Season chicken with oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Make the Creamy Sauce

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, Parmesan (or feta), Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
