Ingredients
8 lamb chops
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Season the Lamb Chops:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the lamb chops.
Prepare the Parmesan Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.
Heat the Skillet:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat the Lamb Chops:
Press the Parmesan mixture onto one side of each lamb chop.
Cook the Lamb Chops:
Place the lamb chops, cheese side down, in the skillet.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the Parmesan crust is golden and crispy.
Flip and Cook:
Flip the chops and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
