Ingredients :
900g chicken pieces (thighs, thigh tops, whites)
240 ml of butter
120g of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a little bit of spiciness)
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Dip chicken pieces in butter and let to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and let the excess drain. Roll each piece in the flour mixture making sure to coat well.
Preheat the air fryer to 199°C. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the chicken pieces in the basket, be sure not to overload them. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, returning to half-cooked, until the chicken is well-browned and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
