π Golden Baked Pears with Feta, Warm Honey & Festive Cranberries

β Ingredients
For the Baked Pears

2 ripe but firm pears (Bosc or Bartlett)

1β2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
-
1β2 tbsp honey
-
Β½ tsp cinnamon
-
ΒΌ tsp nutmeg (optional)
-
A pinch of salt
For Topping
-
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
-
2β3 tbsp dried cranberries (unsweetened if possible)
-
1β2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pistachios
-
Drizzle of warm honey
-
Fresh mint or thyme, optional for garnish
π₯ Instructions
1. Prepare the pears

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Cut pears in half lengthwise.

Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and make a small hollow.
2. Season & bake
-
Brush cut sides with olive oil.
-
Drizzle lightly with honey.
-
Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.

Place pears cut-side up on a baking sheet.
-
Bake 20β25 minutes or until golden, soft, and caramelized around the edges.
3. Add toppings
Remove from oven and immediately top with:

Crumbled feta
-
Dried cranberries
-
Walnuts or pistachios
Drizzle a little warm honey over the top.
4. Serve
Serve warm with:

A sprinkle of fresh mint or thyme

A spoon of Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
